Every baby who goes home is the work of many hands: doctors, embryologists, nurses, psychologists, coordinators, and the whole team behind every step. No one does it alone. That certainty is Ubuntu.
Thirteen principles, one way of working
Our manifesto was written with the voices of the people who work here every day. It is thirteen principles that describe how we challenge ourselves, how we share what we know, how we listen to every patient, and how we look after one another.

We are doctors, embryologists, geneticists, nurses, psychologists, coordinators, and care staff across 21 locations in Mexico and the United States. We come from different stories and share the same reason: helping more families bring their baby home.
Ubuntu is also how we treat one another. We celebrate each location's achievements as our own, share what we learn, and look after ourselves so we can look after those who trust us.
